Sitemap Trends (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you use the Sitemap Trends service (“the Service”), and the rights you have under applicable law.
Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified in advance via email or in-app notice.
1. Data Controller
The controller of the Service is the individual operator of Sitemap Trends.

2. Personal Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: your email address and password (stored in hashed form). We do not require your real name to use the Service.
- Payment information: transaction amount and payment status. We do not store full card numbers — card data is handled by our payment processor (see Section 5).
- Communications: emails, support tickets and feedback you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and network: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, time zone.
- Usage behavior: page views, feature usage, operation logs, session duration.
- Log data: request times, error logs, performance data.
2.3 Data we do NOT collect
The Service aggregates publicly available sitemap metadata (URL lists, game names, indexation statistics) from third-party game distribution websites. This data contains no personal information of individuals. We do not collect, store or republish personal data from the websites we aggregate, and we do not process payment card data ourselves.

We may aggregate or de-identify data for statistical analysis. Such data cannot be linked to an identifiable individual.

Analytics tools used: Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. You can adjust preferences via your browser settings or the analytics providers’ opt-out mechanisms.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, and support providers, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Payment processor (Merchant of Record): card data and payment details are handled exclusively by Dodo Payments, our PCI-DSS compliant Merchant of Record, under its own terms and privacy policy (https://dodopayments.com). We never store card numbers on our servers.
- Legal and regulatory requirements: where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority.
- Business transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, with prior notice and continued protection obligations.
- With your consent: for any other purpose, with your explicit prior consent.
6. Data Security
- Transport encryption: TLS / HTTPS.
- Storage security: passwords hashed; access restricted on a least-privilege basis.
- Access control: only the operator has access to production data.
- Regular security review of our infrastructure.
If a security incident affects your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law within the required timeframe. Please keep your account credentials secure and do not share them.

- Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to restriction: suspend processing in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent-based processing at any time.
8.2 CCPA/CPRA rights (California residents)

We do not send marketing communications unless you have opted in. You may opt out at any time. Opting out does not affect service-necessary messages (e.g., billing, security alerts).
10. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure is served through Cloudflare’s global network, and our service providers (including Cloudflare and Dodo Payments) may process data in regions such as the United States, the European Union, and Singapore. When transferring data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including contractual protections and transfers to recipients in jurisdictions with adequate levels of protection.
11. Minors
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Policy applies only to information we collect directly. We are not responsible for the data practices of third parties.
13. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance via platform notice or your registered email, and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
